Towards the end of September 2016 we began a ground-up building project. Our aim was to create 10 super-luxury, two and three bedroom apartments on the footprint of an existing building, situated in a gated development in Ealing’s acclaimed Eaton Rise area.
Our design and construction team worked hand-in-hand with Grosvenor Estates and their consultants to ensure that the new build and refurbishment enhanced the spirit of the original building and preserved its most important period features.
Gathered around a smart garden square, Ennismore Gardens is widely regarded as one of the grandest enclaves in the whole of Knightsbridge.
Our aim was to refurbish the apartments to include the latest contemporary design and technical innovations, whilst retaining the character and period charm of the original homes.
Set in one of the London Borough of Ealing’s most prestigious conservation areas, this large Victorian property presented us with the opportunity to create six high end apartments.
These two traditional houses standing in Gunnersbury Avenue really are a study in ‘work in progress’. Since their acquisition for our client in early 2017, our design team have created highly progressive plans for an outstanding new residential development.
Our acquisition and development appraisal teams take a detailed and individual approach to every project, and in this case we were able to identify the opportunity to purchase a quarter of an acre of adjoining land, including two sizeable, independent structures.
