Eaton Rise, Ealing

Eaton Rise, Ealing

Towards the end of September 2016 we began a ground-up building project. Our aim was to create 10 super-luxury, two and three bedroom apartments on the footprint of an existing building, situated in a gated development in Ealing’s acclaimed Eaton Rise area. Design was key to maximising the investment return and attracting high end purchasers, so we worked very closely with our clients at the planning stage to define the interior specifications, and invited input from the renowned design firm Simson Hilder and Associates Ltd.

Park Street, Mayfair

Park Street, Mayfair

Between 1901 and 1912 the eminent architect Sir Edwin Landseer Lutyens lived at 60 Park Street, an address that is now locally listed and of considerable national importance. Sir Edward was famed for his work on the Cenotaph, Drogo Castle, Hampton Court Bridge and New Delhi’s Parliament Building, amongst many more architectural masterpieces. So, naturally, any work undertaken on this grand 1880s period house would have to be executed with the utmost care and respect for its history.

Our design and construction team worked hand-in-hand with Grosvenor Estates and their consultants to ensure that the new build and refurbishment enhanced the spirit of the original building and preserved its most important period features.

Ennismore Gardens, Knightsbridge

Ennismore Gardens, Knightsbridge

Gathered around a smart garden square, Ennismore Gardens is widely regarded as one of the grandest enclaves in the whole of Knightsbridge. Many of the mansions are Grade II listed and represent the epitome of their architectural style, with Corinthian columns, architraved windows and impressive Georgian proportions.

Obviously any internal work undertaken here would have to complement the quality and style of the building’s exterior. We began a full refurbishment of the property in the summer of 2016, to include new bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms.

Grosvenor Square, Mayfair

Grosvenor Square, Mayfair

Grosvenor Square, in the heart of Mayfair, is one of THE London addresses – featuring central gardens fringed with impressive headquarters buildings and hotels. It was the chosen site of the American embassy from 1785 (when John Adams established Great Britain’s first US ambassadorial presence) until 2017.

In the spring of 2015, we began work on several upmarket apartments in a purpose-build mansion block overlooking Grosvenor Square. Our aim was to refurbish the apartments to include the latest contemporary design and technical innovations, whilst retaining the character and period charm of the original homes.

Mount Park Crescent

Mount Park Crescent

Set in one of the London Borough of Ealing’s most prestigious conservation areas, this large Victorian property presented us with the opportunity to create six high end apartments.

The design and planning stages were crucial to the success of this project and so, when planning permission was granted in 2016, we began the challenge of maximising the investor’s return whilst keeping the glorious period character of the house.
