Adding an extra 3000 sq ft

In order to offer the living accommodation and spaciousness that excites buyers – as well as including a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room and hydro length pool – we had to utilise the full potential of the building’s footprint. So we included a capacious 3000 square foot basement which gave us the room we needed to produce one of Ealing’s most talked-about developments. And thanks to careful, early-stage planning and the assured handling of our project managers the building was finished on budget and ahead of schedule. Allowing our marketing department to liaise with Savills Estate Agents and bring the new apartments to market early.
